These Terms & Conditions govern your use of this website and your participation in any classes, immersion programmes, workshops, courses, or other educational offerings conducted under the name Trianga Yoga.
By accessing this website, registering for a programme, or participating in any of our activities, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions. Programme Registration
Registration for classes, immersion programmes, workshops, or other educational offerings is confirmed only after your application has been accepted and all applicable fees have been received.
Trianga Yoga reserves the right to decline or cancel any registration where reasonably necessary, including circumstances relating to programme capacity, participant suitability, safety, or unforeseen events.
Programme schedules, venues, teachers, curriculum, and other arrangements may occasionally require modification. Where significant changes become necessary, participants will be informed as early as reasonably possible.
Health, Safety & Personal Responsibility
Yoga involves physical movement, breathing practices, meditation, and other traditional disciplines that may not be suitable for every individual.
By participating in any class or programme, you acknowledge and agree that:
- You are responsible for determining whether participation is appropriate for your own physical and mental condition.
- You will inform us of any medical conditions, injuries, surgeries, pregnancy, or other circumstances that may reasonably affect your participation.
- You will practise within your own individual capacity and discontinue any practice that causes pain, discomfort, or distress.
- You accept full responsibility for your own health, wellbeing, and personal safety during and after participation.
Participation in any programme is undertaken entirely at your own discretion and risk.
Educational and Medical Disclaimer
The classes, immersion programmes, workshops, articles, videos, study materials, and other educational resources provided through Trianga Yoga are intended solely for educational purposes.
They are not intended to replace professional medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, physiotherapy, psychological care, counselling, or any other healthcare service.
No information presented on this website or during any programme should be interpreted as medical, therapeutic, or psychological advice.

Payments
Programme fees, where applicable, will be communicated before registration or displayed at the time of booking.
All applicable fees must be paid in accordance with the payment instructions provided for the respective programme.
Unless otherwise stated, programme fees are quoted in the applicable currency and may be revised for future programmes without prior notice.
Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellation and refund policies may vary according to the programme. Where specific cancellation terms apply, they will be communicated before registration.
If a programme is cancelled by Trianga Yoga due to unforeseen circumstances, participants will be offered either:
- transfer of their registration to a future programme; or
- an appropriate refund of any programme fees already paid.
Participants who cancel their registration, are unable to attend, fail to join a programme after registration, or withdraw after the programme has commenced shall not be entitled to a refund of programme fees, whether in whole or in part, unless expressly stated otherwise in the programme-specific cancellation policy.
Similarly, if a participant is asked to leave a programme due to inappropriate conduct, repeated disruption, behaviour that compromises the safety or wellbeing of others, or any material breach of these Terms & Conditions, no refund of programme fees shall be provided.
Trianga Yoga is not responsible for any expenses incurred outside the programme fee, including travel, accommodation, visa costs, insurance, or other personal arrangements.
Analytics
This website may use analytics services, such as Google Analytics or similar tools, to better understand how visitors use the website.
These services may collect anonymised information including pages visited, approximate location, device type, browser type, and time spent on the website. This information helps us improve the quality and usefulness of our content.
Participant Conduct
Trianga Yoga seeks to provide a respectful, supportive, and conducive learning environment for all participants.
Participants are expected to:

- follow reasonable instructions relating to the safe conduct of classes and programmes;
- refrain from behaviour that is disruptive, abusive, discriminatory, or unsafe.
Trianga Yoga reserves the right to refuse or terminate participation where behaviour is considered inappropriate or where it compromises the safety or learning experience of others.
Photography and Media
Photographs and videos may be taken during classes, immersion programmes, workshops, and other events conducted under the name Trianga Yoga for educational, promotional, archival, or documentary purposes.
By participating in our programmes, you acknowledge and consent to the possibility of being photographed or recorded and to the use of such photographs or recordings on the Trianga Yoga website, social media platforms, printed publications, promotional materials, and other media.
